| I can be alot of fun and having been a trainer for over 15 years I have got a few ideas up my sleeve. You'd also love training with me if you like my philosophy on fitness. Its based on the fact that we humans are designed to move. So let's enjoy doing it. Add a perfect sunrise, an awesome park and some great people - How could you go wrong ? | |||

| I am a man who likes to dream. I have a bold vision and I am tenacious. My catch cry with my kids is "I leave things the same or better then I found them." I believe that life is a serious thing not to be taken to seriously. I have a blessed life, amazing kids, a beautiful woman and a 'job' that I love. | |||

| The things I do to look after myself: | |||
| My kids and I drink a power smoothie every day for breakfast. it has eleven different ingredients and it tastes great. I floss. I follow a Course in Miracles. I eat great food as often as I can. I remove the words should and could from my vocabulary. I remain curious in all things. | |||
| What inspires me most about Evolution and being an Evolutionary: | |||
| The sense of community and the belief that what we have created is truly unique and truly sustainabale and offers a lifestyle, movement and wellbeing solution for both our clients and our evolutionaries. | |||
