Here's how the activities work. Every 4 weeks we create a new timetable for the next 4 weeks (the program runs for 48 weeks per year). These timetables are group specific and tell you what sessions are on offer and where they are happening.
At your first session you will receive a hardcopy of the timetable from your evolutionary. You will also be emailed a username and password after you attend session 1 of your trial.
Once you have logged in you will have access to our members area from where you can view and download the current timetable.
Below is a one week snapshot of what your KLIK timetable might look like.

| One of 3 assessments each month that give you a consistent way to gauge improvements in strength and endurance | Choose to build strength and postural balance with a weights class or to improve CV stamina with a steady run followed by core work | A split session: group boxing followed by relaxing yoga or visa versa or double up on your favourite one | See Tuesday. You are encourage to do the element that you didn't do on Tuesday for a balanced training program | A split session: Kayaking out in the harbour, followed by sprints or optional swim. | We head off into the park, making use of its natural surroundings to create a circuits based class running from one exercise to the next |
